dalau™ – 60 years’ experience. We provide innovative design solutions to our customers’ component applications all over the world.  We turn PTFE and numerous engineering plastics for prototyping, small batches, and large volume runs and our customers depend on our machining expertise as well as our outstanding delivery performance, to machine the highest quality parts.

The introduction of the Cobot – an interactive robot has allowed our workers to really focus their machine knowledge and expertise to intuitively program machinery, allowing Dalau to take a real step into offline programming.

Latest CNC Machinery

We have the latest CNC machinery for micro and nano components, up to date, state of the art CAD CAM software and modern tooling which enables us to produce excellent surface finishes whilst working to the tightest tolerances the material allows. We are happy to produce and quote for components using anything from 2D hard copy drawings through to 3D CAD models and can also reverse engineer from existing parts.

Most of our PTFE components are fabricated by ram or screw extrusion and compression moulding then CNC machining to meet precision dimension requirements.

Dalau has advanced production equipment’s and QC centre that can custom precision CNC machined plastic PTFE parts and ensure first-class quality.

Our CNC machined components have smooth surfaces with no burrs along with Fluoropolymer characteristics like chemical inertness, temperature resistance, low coefficient of friction.

Complex PTFE components composite with metal parts also can be customized according to drawings or samples.

• Material: Virgin & all filled grades PTFE
• Filler: Glass Fibre/Carbon/Bronze/Graphite to improve the wear resistance and other mechanical properties.
• Processing: CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC routing.
• Size: Any sizes of components can be precision fabricated exactly according to your requirements.

Machined Components

Components made to drawing are produced with the whole manufacturing and inspection process being carried out in a climate controlled environment. Cleanroom facilities are available for high specification component customers.

Our manufacturing facilities include – turning centres with capabilities from < 1 mm to 480 mm diameter, able to produce over 100 million components a year using multi axis CNC machining centres, and Swiss Sliding Head machines. Production quality is assured by our in-house computerised Statistical Process Control (SPC) system.
