Our Fluoropolymer range includes PTFE, PEEK, PCTFE, PCTFE, PVDF and ETFE, which have superior characteristics such as high chemical resistance, strength and durability, and high purity and inertness. Our materials are available in a range of unmodified and modified grades, depending on the product application.
Our Materials
PEEK
PEEK is a semicrystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical and chemical resistance properties that are retained to high temperatures.
PCTFE
PCTFE has many properties similar to other fluoropolymers such as PTFE, FEP or PFA, but is mechanically superior in rigidity (does not deform easily), and has very low gas permeability.
PVDF
PVDF is generally used in applications requiring the high purity, strength, and resistance to solvents, acids, bases and heat.
PFA
PFA is clear transparent with a light blue glow. The material combines many of the properties of PTFE and FEP. PFA is often used when clarity, flexibility, and a higher continuous operating temperature range are required.
ETFE
ETFE is a fluorine –based thermoplastic. It is designed to have high corrosion resistance and strength over a wide temperature range. Unaffected by UV light, atmospheric pollution and other forms of environmental weathering.
